For the Love of Eggplant

Last week, Food & Wine Magazine's funny and inspiring Anthony Giglio included my work in his blog post, La Bella Melanzana: For the Love of Eggplant, about the very controversial and delicious world of the eggplant. (Thanks, Anthony!)

Take a moment to visit his site -- it's well worth it. Anthony is a journalist, sommelier, educator and author who has written several books, including Food & Wine Magazine’s Wine Guide 2009 and 2010 (and currently tasting his way through 2011), the annual guide to over 1,100 wines from around the globe, as well as Cocktails in New York and several editions of the enormously popular Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide.

I'm sure most of you have probably already heard of Anthony, but if not, you can get to know his work by listening this fanstastic NPR Splendid Table interview (fresh mozzarella every two hours!) and watching this helpful Today Show clip (what's the best wine for 95° weather?).

And my personal favorite is his six word story at 92Y-Tribeca.
