Local Apple with Leaves

About an hour ago, I posted this painting #OnTheEasel on facebook (pictured right), and remembered that the last time I painted a local apple with leaves was in February 2011.

For someone who loves gesture as much as I do, I find the leaves irresistible on the co-op's local apples. (Lemons, too!)
