I thought I would share with you another preview from the new grouping of paintings I made for the gallery setting. When I found this pear with leaves at the local market, I immediately loved it because -- to me -- it looks like a tight rope walker holding her arms out for balance.

As part of my Paintings of Handmade Pottery project - in this painting is a handmade bottle made by Jury Smith. The winner of this painting will have the option of also purchasing the exact bottle that I set up with a pomegranate in my studio to make this still life.
