I painted this for Philadelphia's FOX29's Good Day Philadelphia in Arcadia University's castle. The demo took place yesterday from about 7:45-9:30 AM EST and portions of the demo were streamed live on FOX29. The story and my interview with Sue Serio will air on FOX29 today at 9:45 AM EST.

(new DPW "art-friendly" auction --> as "safe" as eBay, still uses PayPal, except there's no last second bidding)

I posted recently about the Help Japan Challenge at DailyPaintworks. This painting will be auctioned off as part of that fundraiser. All proceeds from the sale of this painting will go to the Japanese Red Cross Society. (So far, the DailyPaintworks Help Japan Challenge has raised $27,759 from 454 donations - over 1,000 people "like" it on Facebook, too.)

I'd also like to take a moment to invite you to read about the new "art friendly" DailyPaintworks auctions. (It's as "safe" as eBay, still uses PayPal, except there's no last second bidding!) I am using this auction system for the first time with this painting, and plan to use it more in the future. Click here to find out more about DailyPaintworks "art-friendly" auctions. You can also email me with any questions.

Please consider bidding on my painting or one of the other donated paintings at DailyPaintworks to continue expanding support for Japan.
