I'm home from Cuba now, and to say it was fantastic is an understatement.Here is a photo of the view from my window in Havana -- a view that I painted twice (both at night and in the afternoon).
This week I'll be posting my five Cuba paintings, and I'm also working on writing about my experiences -- including the Bay of Pigs, the Cienega (Swamp!) de Zapata, and the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de La Habana (and why it's now one of my top three favorite museums in the world).
